This time, Wallen and I drove to the W&OD Trail. We had a much faster run than the previous day. We covered 7 miles with a per mile pace of 8:10. This is more of a Wallenesque pace. Over the first 4.5 miles, we ran an average pace of 7:58, but slowed down substantially in the last 2.5 miles.
