We picked up a rental car and headed over to the coast. We drove through Newport Beach and then headed south to Laguna Beach. We had lunch at Las Brisas which had a great view of the ocean.
After lunch, we headed to UC Irvine and saw Drew in Suessical. My exfather-in-law was also at the show. You can see the Cat in the Hat to Jack's left in the picture shown below. After the performance, we took Drew back to his apartment, hung out there for a bit, and then headed back to the airport and flew home.
