2006 Kings versus Clippers

Jack and I went to the Sacramento Kings versus the Los Angeles Clippers game. The Kings ran out to a 9 - 0 lead at the beginning of the game and, except for a short lapse midway through the third quarter, held this lead the rest of the game. The Kings won the game by a score of 106 to 96.

It was painful to watch the Kings get outrebounded 54 to 31. Fortunately, the Clippers could not hold on to the ball once they got it. They turned it over 22 times leading to 27 points for the Kings.

The Kings beat the Clippers for the 12th straight time overall and 16th consecutive time at home. The Clippers have not won at Arco Arena since Nov. 7, 1997.

Sacramento has probably the NBA's toughest schedule over its final eight games, starting with back-to-back visits to Dallas and San Antonio this week. They also have a home game against Phoenix and a road game at Denver.
