There was a new Highlander parked next to the Explorer in the parking lot on Friday. It gave me a chance to compare the size of the two vehicles side by side. I frankly surprised how big the Highlander is. It is actually a little wider than the Explorer, although not quite as tall.
The other vehicle we are considering is the Lexus 400n Hybrid. Although nimbler than the Highlander, it seems very small.
